2026年5月、記念すべき第一回の開催となる『Norharn TOKYO』。Norharn（ノルハーン）とは”輝く女王”という意味。
世界的に活躍するマスターティーチャーのジャッジによるコンペティション、
今をときめくベリーダンサー達によるガラショー、前夜祭として開催されるワークショップ、そして『Norharn（輝く女王）』の座を手にするのは……！？

多種多様な個性を尊重し、様々な国籍や背景を持つあらゆる世代の女性・男性・誰もが輝きその踊りの奥深さを追求できるのが、ベリーダンスの素晴らしいところです。
そんなベリーダンスを愛し、次世代のスターを夢見る方を発掘し、

Samir（サミール）
フランスとメキシコの血を引くサミールは現在飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いのエジプト・オリエンタルダンスの国際的なマスターティーチャー。Dina、ランダ・カメル、マフムード・レダ、アイーダ・ヌール、ラキア・ハッサン、ファリダ・ファミ、オサマ・エマム、モハメド・カザフィなど名だたる大物に師事し数々の国際コンクールで優勝を重ねた実力派。ブラジル、ハンガリー、ロシア、韓国、ポルトガル、イスラエル、スペイン、モロッコ、フランス、エジプト、アメリカ合衆国など、様々な国の大規模なフェスティバルで講師、審査員、ダンサーとして活躍しています。
現在はパリとメキシコで2つのオリエンタルダンススクールを経営。さらに6年以上にわたりエジプトのカイロで開催されたナイル・グループ・フェスティバルで講師を務め、現在は、エジプトのカイロで開催のRaks of courseフェスティバルのマスター講師を務めています。このフェスティバルは、伝説のダンススター、ランダ・カメルが主催しています。サミールは、洗練されたテクニックとカリスマ性を備えた純粋なエジプトスタイルを持ち、彼の音楽と衣装はすべてエジプト製です。スターという言葉は彼に相応しいと世界が認める素晴らしい存在です！



木村カスミ（Kasumi Kimura）
１９９７年に東洋初日本人初のベリーダンサーとしてエジプト政府より公式なライセンスを取得のもと公式に踊ってきた唯一の日本人、東洋人。
エジプト５スターホテル、カイロの「マリオット」にてデビュー。以降カイロやギザ地区のほとんどの５スターホテルと契約を交わし、エジプト政府の正式な許可のもと、ナイトクラブやレストラン、ナイルクルーズ、ウェデイング、パーティなど、レギュラーを第一線で踊り、１９９９年には、軍施設のウェデイングでその年人気No.１のダンサーとしてメダルを授与される。
２０１２年５月　エジプト政府公式ライセンスのもと、今までの長い経歴、活躍が認められエジプト観光省から日本での「ツタンカーメン展」推薦状を授与される。
来日の際には、エジプト文化省マハムッドレダ国立民族舞踊団など多くの国立民族舞踊団のゲストダンサーとして共演している。日本での数多くの財団法人主催の公式な公演や講演をこなす。
国際交流基金雑誌「おちこち」にて「世界で活躍する日本人１００人」や、JALの機内誌AGOURA(アゴーラ)於いて
世界の日本人エジプト代表として紹介記事掲載。東京銀座、大阪、長崎、富山、岩手盛岡公演に於いて在日エジプト大使館文化部後援付与、２０１５と２０１６年にはチェコ共和国プラハにて東日本大震災復興支援公演を行い、東欧最大のベリーダンスフェスティバルに招聘された事により、在チェコ日本大使館文化部より後援名義付与される。エジプト、カイロ日本人学校に於いて公演や講演5回。民族舞踊及び音楽の講師として定期的に招かれ中東文化紹介、文化交流や指導にも励んでいる。
カイロ学術振興会にて講演。

エジプトの多くのマスメディアでは、「旬の時の人」を各界著名人を招く国民的人気番組TV番組「ハーザメセ」では、３回紹介されインタビュー＆踊りを披露。映画やドラマ、ラマダン中のCM、スター歌手ビデオクリップにも出演。こちらの芸能や有名雑誌の表紙、インタビュー記事、「アル　アハラム」新聞を始め多くの新聞記事や広告にたびたび登場するなどエジプトメディアを通しても大活躍。日本のメディアでもフジテレビ、TBSなどのドキュメンタリーやインタビュー番組、ドラマ、朝の番組やニュース、NHKラジオなど多数出演。

紙面に於いてはデビュー1997年デビュー当時から今まで木村カスミのエジプトでの経歴綴るように、様々な雑誌や全ての日本新聞社の全国紙から地方紙に至るまで、有名コーナーに多数取り上げられる。２０１４ 年７月、日本経済新聞全国版に「烈女」コーナーでも紹介。２０１５年４月TBSラジオにて久米宏さんと対談。
2017&2018年オリエント博物館にて講演とエジプト舞踊についてのワークショップ行う。

毎年夏 カイロで行われる世界最大の本場ベリーダンスフェスティバル「アハランワサハラン」のマスター講師及び、コンペティションの国際審査員。オープニングガラショーパーティでは 世界選抜スターダンサー日本代表として毎年恒例となっている。
エジプトにとどまらず、エジプトを拠点に世界クルーズ、アラブ湾岸や中東諸国やヨーロッパのVIPパーティやウェデイングショー、ヨーロッパ諸国 イギリス、フランス、スペイン、チェコ、セルビア、ハンガリーなどヨーロッパ各国、アメリカでのインターナショナルベリーダンスフェスティバルに、そして ２0１６年１１月にはアメリカ、アリゾナ州でのベリーダンスフェスティバルにて招聘され公演とワークショップ指導、
そしてロスアンジェルスにあるアメリカで最も有名なアラブナイトクラブ「ビブロス」にても、
東洋初の国際スターダンサーとしてショーを行う。2017年10月には記念すべきアジア、ベトナム初の国際ベリーダンスフェスティバル公演が開催され記念すべきその第一回日本代表として招聘される。2017&2018年中国北京、上海に招聘。
2020&2021東京にて木村カスミ杯ベリーダンスコンペティション開催。2021年東京八王子財団法人主催「木村カスミ公演」
アラブ首長国連邦はドバイ、アブダビ、シャージャ、アジュマン州にて毎月恒例workshop講師招聘。2023年ドバイ最大ベリーダンスフェスティバルにてショー&workshop.
今年もヨーロッパやアメリカでのworkshopフェスティバル招聘を控えている。エジプトを拠点に毎年世界各国を飛び回っている。

Norharn TOKYO will be held on May 24, 2026!

The first Norharn TOKYO will be held in May 2026. Norharn means “shining queen.”
There will be a competition judged by world-renowned master teachers,
a gala show featuring the hottest belly dancers of today, a workshop held as a pre-event festival, and who will be crowned “Norharn (shining queen)”?

The great thing about belly dancing is that it respects a wide variety of individuality and allows women and men of all ages, nationalities and backgrounds to shine and explore the depth of the dance.
The purpose of this event is to discover people who love belly dancing and dream of becoming the next generation of stars, and provide them with a place where they can shine.

We are looking for beautiful talents and beautiful personalities who can create new values and create a whirlwind in the new era!
We are looking for not only young talents, but also experienced beauty that transcends generations!

Samir
Samir, is a French and Mexican, international teacher and dancer of Egyptian oriental dance. Since very young age started to travel to Egypt to study with the biggest names of Oriental dance. His main teachers have been: Dina, Randa Kamel, Mahmoud Reda, Aida Nour, Raqia Hassan, Farida Fahmi, Osama emam, Mohamed Kazafi among others… From a very young age he began to win competitions in several countries.
He begins to be required as a teacher, jury and dancer in large festivals in different countries like: Japan, Brasil, Hungary,Rusia, Corea, Portugal, Israel, España,Morocco, France, Egypt, USA….
He has two oriental dance schools, one in Paris and the other in the city of Oaxaca in Mexico.
For more than 6 years Samir was a teacher at the Nile group festival in Cairo, Egypt.
Currently he is a master teacher at the Raks of course festival, in Cairo, Egypt. This festival is organized by legendary dance star Randa Kamel. Samir has a purely Egyptian style with a very refined technique and
charisma, all his music and costumes aremade in Egypt.


Kasumi Kimura
In 1997, she became the first Asian and Japanese belly dancer to receive an official license from the Egyptian government, and is the only Japanese and Asian to have danced officially.
She made her debut at the Cairo Marriott, a five-star hotel in Egypt. Since then, she has signed contracts with most five-star hotels in Cairo and the Giza area, and, with the official permission of the Egyptian government, has danced regularly at nightclubs, restaurants, Nile cruises, weddings, parties, and more, and in 1999, she was awarded a medal as the most popular dancer of the year at a wedding at a military facility.
In May 2012, under official license from the Egyptian government, She was awarded a letter of recommendation for the “Tutankhamun Exhibition” in Japan by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in recognition of her long career and achievements.
When She visits Japan, he has performed as a guest dancer with many national folk dance companies, including the Mahmud Reda National Folk Dance Company of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture. He has also given official performances and lectures sponsored by numerous foundations in Japan.
The Japan Foundation magazine “Ochikochi” featured them as “100 Japanese people active around the world,” and JAL’s in-flight magazine AGOURA featured them as the world’s representative Japanese people of Egypt. They were sponsored by the Cultural Section of the Egyptian Embassy in Japan for their performances in Ginza, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagasaki, Toyama, and Morioka, Iwate. In 2015 and 2016, they performed in Prague, Czech Republic to support the recovery efforts from the Great East Japan Earthquake, and were invited to the largest belly dance festival in Eastern Europe, leading to them being sponsored by the Cultural Section of the Japanese Embassy in the Czech Republic.She has given five performances and lectures at the Japanese School in Cairo, Egypt. She is regularly invited as a lecturer on folk dance and music, and is dedicated to introducing Middle Eastern culture and providing cultural exchange and instruction.She has given lectures at the Cairo Academic Promotion Society.

She is a master instructor and an international judge for the world’s largest authentic belly dance festival, “Ahran Wasaharan,” held in Cairo every summer. She also represents Japan as a world-selected star dancer at the opening gala show party.

Not only in Egypt, but also from Egypt as a base, she has participated in world cruises, VIP parties and wedding shows in the Arab Gulf and Middle Eastern countries and Europe, European countries such as the UK, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Serbia, Hungary, and other European countries, as well as international belly dance festivals in the US, and in November 2016 she was invited to perform and teach workshops at the Belly Dance Festival in Arizona, USA.

She also performed as the first Asian international star dancer at America’s most famous Arab nightclub, Byblos, in Los Angeles. In October 2017, she was invited to represent Japan at the first ever international belly dance festival in Asia, Vietnam. She was invited to perform in Beijing and Shanghai in 2017 and 2018.

The Kimura Kasumi Cup Belly Dance Competition will be held in Tokyo in 2020 and 2021. “Kimura Kasumi Performance” sponsored by Tokyo Hachioji Foundation in 2021.

In the United Arab Emirates, she is invited to teach monthly workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. In 2023, she will be holding a show and workshop at Dubai’s largest belly dance festival.

She is also scheduled to be invited to workshop festivals in Europe and the United States this year. She is based in Egypt and travels around the world every year.
